Program Details

1. Refer investors to RBS HOmes by telephone, email or the website. 
2. If you have a website or web page, then place the RBS logo and hyperlink on the home pages of your websites. Each person who clicks on the RBS link from your website is a potential referral from you. 
3. If you host seminars for your investor group, invite RBS Homes to make a presentation. View some of our presentations on the Articles page.  
   
4. Each time one of your referrals buys a property with RBS Homes, you receive a substantial referral fee. 
5. You do no selling or closing. After you make the referral we do all the rest. We work with the investor to select the property. We show the properties, manage the escrow, and assure a smooth closing. We can even help the investor get financing for the purchase, if appropriate.
   
6. Consider buying a property from RBS Homes. You may be your own first referral.

4. Refer yourself on the referral page. Purchase a great investment and earn your first referral fee. Then, when you refer RBS to another investor, you can speak as an investor, with direct, personal experience working with RBS.
