Property Selection
Since RBS focuses on investors, it's no surprise that RBS selects properties that fit the profile of a good investment. Good homes in good neighborhoods attract good tenants. Good schools attract young families who tend to stay for a long time. So, RBS focuses on these key factors for property selection:

Good neighborhoods — RBS selects properties in communities with strong schools and a strong community flavor, such as Katy, Cinco Ranch, and Cypress-Fairbanks.

Family-oriented properties — RBS selects only traditional, single family, detached homes with 3 or 4 bedrooms, suitable for a young family. Monthly rentals range from $1,100 to $1,500, within the budget of a middle-class working family.

Newer homes — Our homes are less than ten years old, with modern, open floor plans, new roofs, central air, and all the conveniences. These homes attract stable families and minimize maintenance costs for the investor.

Property Restoration
Both investors and young families searching for good homes expect to see houses in completely new condition. RBS completely restores each property prior to sale.
